Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from DRY FRUITS. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
• If an item sells out between your payment and our confirmation, we cancel that order and refund you in full.
• We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or an obvious pricing error.

Prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Prices and offers can change at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.
• Pack weights are nominal; natural products vary slightly in weight and appearance.

Food products

Our products are natural foods. Store them as printed on the pack. If you have a nut or other allergy, check the product description before ordering: our products are handled in a facility that also handles nuts, seeds and dried fruit.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details you give us. We cannot re-deliver free of charge when an address is wrong or nobody is available to receive the order.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

We check PIN codes and suggest localities using India Post's All India Pincode Directory. India Post does not endorse this shop.
