This policy explains what information DRY FRUITS collects when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Your order history: the items, quantities and amounts you paid.
• Basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, which we use to keep the site secure and working.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment provider, on their own systems.

Cookies and local storage

Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. We use a session cookie only for shop staff signing in to the admin. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay — to take payment and to process refunds.
• Delivery partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your order.
• Our email provider — your email address, to send order confirmations.

We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you would like your personal details removed from anything we are not legally required to keep, write to us and we will do it.

Your choices
