Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Delivery timelines

• Delhi NCR: same-day delivery for orders confirmed before the daily cut-off.
• Rest of India: 3–5 business days.
• Orders are packed and dispatched on business days; Sundays and public holidays are not counted.

Charges

Delivery is free on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no separate shipping or handling charges.

Tracking

You will get an email when your order is confirmed. Where a courier provides tracking, we share the tracking details by email or phone once your order is dispatched.

Delays

Weather, strikes and courier disruptions can occasionally delay a delivery. We will keep you informed if your order is running late.
